Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using saiflows’ website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. “saiflows” refers to the contractor marketing and CRM service operated by Sai Saaibi.

2. Description of services

saiflows provides contractor marketing and CRM services, including but not limited to: missed-call text-back automation, automated lead follow-up, review generation, and pipeline management tools for home service businesses. The specific services, scope, and pricing applicable to you will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use saiflows’ services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the services to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service in a way that could harm saiflows or its reputation

4. Payment and billing

Fees for saiflows’ services are billed as described in your service agreement. All fees are due in advance on the agreed billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the saiflows website and within the service are the property of saiflows or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any saiflows content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

saiflows provides its services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, saiflows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profit, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement. saiflows reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
